Information on the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the ZPRE website.

2. Scope and purposes of processing

  • Contact form / request for quotation — the data provided in the form (company, name, e-mail, phone, message) is processed to respond, prepare an offer and conduct business correspondence.
  • E-mail and phone correspondence — to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation.
  • Statistics and website improvement — only after your consent to analytical cookies.

3. Legal basis

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps to enter into and perform a contract (handling the request for quotation),
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller (contact, own marketing, statistics),
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent (analytical / marketing cookies).

4. Retention period

We retain data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and carry out cooperation, and then for the period required by law (including tax law) or until an effective objection is raised / consent is withdrawn.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities supporting our operations (e.g. hosting provider, IT services, accounting office) — only to the extent necessary and on the basis of data processing agreements. [Complete the list of actual entities / tools, e.g. hosting provider, Google Analytics.]

6. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

The website uses cookies necessary for its proper operation and — with your consent — analytical, marketing and functional cookies. You can manage your consent at any time via the Cookie settings panel available on the homepage. You can also change cookie settings in your browser.
